Teaching In India :

These photos are from the January 2004 trip to India. Steve spent two weeks, 4 hours out of Mumbai, teaching apologetics for the Master's program at Providence Evangelical Seminary. The men in the class came from all over India and other Asian countries.

Dr. Gary Habermas visits Boise:

On September 22, 2003 thethinkingchristian.org was honored to host Dr. Gary Habermas, Professor of Apologetics and Philosophy at Liberty University. While in the Boise area, Dr. Habermas gave a presentation on “Near Death Experiences and the Resurrection of Jesus” at Albertson College and at Cloverdale United Reformed Church.

Dr. Habermas has authored, co-authored, or edited 25 books including The Resurrection of Jesus, The Historical Jesus, Beyond Death, In Defense of Miracles, The Verdict of History, and has published more than 100 articles in top scholarly journals such as Religious Studies, Philosophia Christi, Faith and Philosophy, and Biblioteca Sacra. Dr. Habermas is one of the world’s leading experts on the evidence for the resurrection of Jesus, Jesus as a historical figure, and the Shroud of Turin. He has engaged in several high-profile debates with British atheist Anthony Flew.
